After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. You will also receive status updates as your order is processed and shipped.

2.2 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in your cart. Once your order is processed and dispatched, we will send a final confirmation email, at which point a contract will come into effect between you and Mamao.

3. Our Rights to Cancel Your Order

3.1 Cancellation Due to Unavailability: In the event that we cannot fulfill your order (e.g., due to out-of-stock items or incorrect product information), we reserve the right to cancel your order and will notify you via email.

3.2 Suspicious Activity: If we suspect that your order is being placed for commercial, business, or resale purposes, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this occurs and you believe there has been a mistake, please contact support@mamaofit.com.

4. Shipping

4.1 Shipping Origin: Orders are shipped from Riverside County, California, via USPS.

4.2 Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
• Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer’s location and will be displayed at checkout.

4.3 Risk of Loss: Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Title for the products transfers to you upon payment.

4.4 Delays Beyond Our Control: If shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays), we will inform you as soon as possible. If the delay is significant, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund for products not yet received.

4.5 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

5. Product Information and Restrictions

7.2 No Alternative Payment Options: At this time, we do not offer alternative payment methods such as Afterpay or Klarna.
